Who are we?
WizeUp Financial Education is a UK-based charity dedicated to helping young people develop practical financial literacy skills before entering adulthood. We deliver workshops and programmes in schools, FE colleges and youth organisations, teaching essential money management skills such as budgeting, saving, avoiding scams, and understanding credit and debt. Our mission is to ensure every student leaves school confident and prepared for the financial realities of adult life.

Learners are at the heart of everything we do. WizeUp is dedicated to helping young people progress from financial exclusion to financial opportunity, unlocking their potential and future choices through practical financial education.
Our founder and leadership team
Founded in 2011 by Ed Flack, a banking professional with over 35 years of experience in international finance, WizeUp aims to brings real-world expertise to financial education. Today, CEO Mike Flack continues his father’s mission, ensuring our programmes are practical, relevant and grounded in the financial realities students face. Read more about the story of WizeUp here.
Working in partnership
WizeUp has delivered financial literacy workshops to hundreds of schools across England. We work in partnership with banks, building societies, financial services organisation and charitable trusts, delivering funded financial literacy programmes to KS2-5 learners to expand our reach.
